Whose responsibility is it to set up utilities prior to moving in?
Residents are required to establish utility accounts in their name prior to taking possession of the apartment. Proof of service, in the form of account confirmation numbers, must be provided at the time of move-in.
How do I set up my electricity?
Contact Consumers Energy by visiting consumersenergy.com.
How do I set up my internet and/or cable?
To set up through Stellar, residents will go to welcome.stellarbb.com or call 866-386-7778 to begin their subscription. Stellar offers Direct TV for cable. A technology fee of $70 will apply.
How is my water and sewer billed?
Water and sewer is billed separately from rent on the 1st of every month based on usage.
How do I set up my gas?
